This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data", and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Evgenievich Podkolzin to ensure the security of personal data.
1.1. The Operator considers compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the right to privacy and personal and family secrecy, to be the most important goal and condition of its activities.

2.7. Operator: a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data, and the actions performed with it.
2.8. Personal data: any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://neatech.ru.
2.9. Personal data permitted by the personal data subject for distribution: personal data to which an unlimited number of persons are granted access by the personal data subject through consent.
2.10. User: any visitor to the website https://neatech.ru.

- continue processing personal data after the withdrawal of consent where grounds provided by law exist;
- independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to
- provide the personal data subject, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
- organize personal data processing in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation;
- respond to requests and appeals of personal data subjects and their legal representatives;
- provide the authorized personal data protection body with the required information upon request;

4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to

- notify the Operator of clarification, updates, and changes to their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provide the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves or about another personal data subject without that subject's consent bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Principles of Personal Data Processing
5.1. Personal data is processed on a lawful and fair basis.
5.2. Processing is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes.
5.3. It is not permitted to combine databases containing personal data if they are processed for purposes incompatible with each other.
5.4. Only personal data that meets the purposes of processing is subject to processing.
5.5. The scope and content of processed personal data must correspond to the stated purposes of processing.
5.6. Personal data must be accurate, sufficient, and up to date.
5.7. Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing.
6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Purpose of processing: conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law agreements.
Personal data: name, email address, phone number.
Legal basis: Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies, and Information Protection" No. 149-FZ dated July 27, 2006.
Types of processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, and depersonalization of personal data, as well as sending informational emails.
7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing
7.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the personal data subject.
7.2. Personal data processing is permitted to achieve purposes established by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law.
7.3. Processing is permitted for the administration of justice and execution of judicial acts.
7.4. Processing is permitted for the performance of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party or beneficiary.
7.5. Processing is permitted for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties.
7.6. Processing is permitted for personal data made publicly available by the personal data subject.
7.7. Processing is permitted for personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure under federal law.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures required to comply with personal data protection laws.
8.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access by unauthorized persons.
8.2. The User's personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where required by applicable law.
8.3. If inaccuracies are found in personal data, the User may update it by sending a notice to info@neatech.ru marked "Personal Data Update".
8.4. The period of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data was collected.
8.5. Information collected by third-party services, including payment systems and communication providers, is stored and processed by those parties in accordance with their own policies and agreements.
8.6. Restrictions established by the personal data subject on the transfer of personal data do not apply where processing is performed in state, public, or other public interests.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during processing.
8.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that makes it possible to identify the personal data subject for no longer than required by the purposes of processing.
8.9. Grounds for termination of processing may include the achievement of the purposes of processing, expiration of consent, withdrawal of consent, or a request to stop processing.
9. List of Actions Performed by the Operator with Personal Data
9.1. The Operator performs collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
9.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data with or without the receipt and/or transfer of the information via information and telecommunication networks.
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects of its intention to carry out such transfer.
10.2. Before submitting such notice, the Operator must obtain from foreign state authorities, foreign individuals, or foreign legal entities to whom the transfer is planned the relevant information required by law.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons who have gained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose or disseminate personal data to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

12.1. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator at info@neatech.ru.
12.2. Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in force indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
